Configurator
Every choice shows immediately on the preview. Drag the bottle with the mouse to turn it, or use the four views.
Drag to turn, scroll to zoom where the pointer is, “Reset the bottle” or a double-click to return to the starting position. The bottle follows your colour choices and your artwork. Trial version: the 2D view remains the reference for colours and for the PDF summary.
Click the diagram to enlarge it.
The artwork unrolled, to scale. The hatched bands do not print: top and bottom, the shoulder and the base of the bottle; on the right, the seam, where the screen stops.
The slider or the four buttons turn the bottle: 0° puts the seam in front of you, 180° the centre of the artwork.
Your configuration
Pricing is set by quotation, on the quantity and the number of print colours — only. The combination of colours you have just put together does not enter into the price.
Compose my design
Place your images and text in the print area, then put it all back on the bottle.
Add
You can also drag your images onto the area. They are placed at their real size if the file carries its resolution.
The artwork
Nothing yet. Add an image or some text.
The file
The PNG is 230 × 85 mm at 300 dpi — 2717 × 1004 px, transparent background, resolution written into the file. The PDF adds the dimensions, the four faces and the list of inks: that is the one to email.
On the bottle
The design projected onto the barrel, with the configurator’s curvature and overlap — 180° is the front, 0° shows the overlap. The views are redrawn on every change.
Select an image or some text on the area: its settings — typeface, ink, dimensions, repetition — appear here.

The range
Two capacities, a single print area
PRO 600 and MAX 800 share the same diameter and the same printed area: one proof covers both models.
PRO
PRO 600 ml
the racers' size
- Capacity
- 600 ml
- Diameter
- 75 mm
- Printed area
- 230 × 85 mm

Same print template, same screens: mixing PRO and MAX in one order costs nothing extra, and the quantities add up towards the price break.
Assembly
Four parts, four independent choices
The bottle is not dyed through and then decorated: it is assembled. Body, collar, cap and valve are moulded separately, in the colour you choose, and put together to order.
- The body — flexible polyethylene, BPA-free. It carries the print, and its colour shows through translucent inks.
- The collar — the ring that underlines the neck. Optional: doing without it means one part fewer, at the same price.
- The cap — the push-pull system, removable and washable.
- The valve — the soft valve, the least visible part and the one that sets the flow.
Everything is made in France, in our workshop. The four parts mix freely: the number of combinations changes neither the lead time nor the price.
The colour range
Every colour available
19 body colours, 11 of them translucent so the contents show. The collar, cap and valve have their own colour range.
All colours cost the same: the price depends on the number of printing inks and the quantity, never on the colour of the parts.
A colour outside the chart? A specific body colour is developed from a Pantone reference, with a design fee, and always from 125 bottles up.
A screen is no substitute for a Pantone book: the A3 component chart is what counts.
Printing
Screen printing, one colour at a time
15 inks in the range, 1 to 5 colours per bottle. Each colour needs its own screen: that is what the set-up fee on the first order pays for, and why one more colour costs more.
- Flat colours, not gradients — the ink is laid down at constant thickness. A gradient is rendered as a halftone, a photograph as a screen: it can be done, but the dots stay visible close up.
- The white underbase — on a dark body, a white underbase is sometimes needed for the colours to show. It counts as one colour.
- Inks are fixed for the whole order — changing ink mid-run means cleaning the screen, charged separately.
Your artwork
The file that goes into production
The image you drop here is there to give you an idea: it appears on the bottle, it travels with your quote request, and it tells us what you want. It does not go onto the screens.

No vector file to hand? Send what you have: we redraw the artwork and submit it to you as a print proof before anything is run.
The design goes almost all the way round: the two ends do not meet, and a bare strip remains at the overlap. A plain background or a halftone hides it; a regular check does not.
The model
The capacity, and nothing else: everything else is shared.
Same print area: mixing PRO and MAX in one order costs nothing extra.
The collar
The coloured ring that underlines the neck of the bottle.
Free to choose, with no effect on the price. Going without means one part fewer — the most economical version.
The colours
Four parts, four independent choices. The translucent colours let the contents show; the classic ones are opaque.
Every colour costs the same. The price depends on the number of inks and on the quantity.
Printing
Screen printing 230 × 85 mm, 1 to 5 colours, on both models. The design almost goes all the way round: 6 mm are left bare at the seam. One colour = one screen, and the inks apply to the whole order.
