Ordering and quantities
What is the minimum quantity?
125 bottles per model. That is the threshold at which preparing the screens makes economic sense.
Can I mix several colours in one order?
Yes, provided you order at least 50 bottles per colour and reach 125 bottles in total.
Can I order PRO 600 and MAX 800 together?
Yes. The same print template on both, so the same screens.
Does the price fall with quantity?
Considerably. The price list steps down in bands — 125, 250, 500, 1,000, 3,000, 5,000.
Do you offer reseller pricing?
Yes, a separate price list exists for shops, distributors and agencies.
What if I do not need customisation?
Our standard range is sold individually, with no minimum order.
Files and printing
What file should I supply?
A vector file — AI, EPS or PDF — at 230 × 85 mm, text converted to outlines, colours in Pantone.
Does the print go all the way round the bottle?
Almost: 230 mm wide, with about 6 mm left bare at the seam.
I only have a JPG logo — is that a dead end?
No, but it has to be redrawn in vector form. We do that on quotation if the logo is simple.
Can you print a gradient or a photograph?
Not in screen printing: the process lays down solid areas of ink.
Lead times and delivery
What is the production lead time?
Under 15 days once the print proof is approved.
How are the bottles shipped?
In cartons, from our workshop.
The product
What are the bottles made of?
Low-density polyethylene (LDPE, code 04), BPA-free, with up to 30 % recycled plastic.
Are they dishwasher safe?
Yes. Take the cap and the valve apart for a thorough clean.
