The site is delivered through Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States), which caches its files, provides HTTPS encryption and protects it from attacks. Your IP address and the technical data of your connection pass through its servers, in Europe and in the United States, where they are kept for a limited time in technical logs. Cloudflare acts on our behalf as a processor within the meaning of the GDPR, on the basis of the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and its certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. It also hides the site’s e-mail addresses from harvesting bots, using a small script served from this same domain, with no cookie or tracker. It also provides the anti-bot check that protects the quote request form.

All the content on this site — texts, photographs, product images, colour charts and graphic elements — is the property of Spécialités T.A. or of its partners. Any reproduction, even partial, requires prior written permission.

The logos, brands and artwork supplied by customers for customisation remain their property. The customer warrants that it holds the rights required to reproduce them on the products ordered.

Terms of sale

Orders are governed by our terms and conditions of sale, supplied with every quote and accepted on signature.

Cookies and browser storage

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies: no ad network, no social-media button that would follow you from one site to the next. No consent banner is therefore displayed: there is nothing to consent to. Cloudflare may set a technical security cookie, only when it has to tell a visitor from a bot; it serves that purpose alone and tracks no one.

Only one external script is called on this site, and only on the quote request page: the Cloudflare Turnstile anti-bot check, loaded from challenges.cloudflare.com. It is there to verify that the form is being filled in by a person and not by an automated program; to do so it observes your browser’s behaviour, asks you for no information and makes you solve no puzzle. It sets no cookie on this site and does not follow you from one site to the next. It is provided by Cloudflare, already a processor for the delivery of the site.

The configurator and the 3D simulator keep the bottle you compose in your browser’s storage, so that it is found again from one page to the next and attached to your quote request; the artwork you upload is processed there, and only leaves if you send the form. This data never leaves your device and is cleared along with your browsing data.

Fonts are served by the site itself. The presentation video is only loaded from YouTube after you click, through Google’s cookie-free domain: until you click, YouTube receives nothing.

The internal workspace, for its part, sets a session cookie: strictly necessary to keep authorised staff logged in, it tracks no one and does not concern visitors to the site.

Personal data

The site collects data in one place only: the quote request form. Data controller: Spécialités T.A., 41 bis rue de Laon, 02150 Sissonne, France — [email protected].

• Data — your name, your organisation, your e-mail, your telephone; the profile you indicate, the model, the quantity, the number of colours, the desired date and the state of your artwork; the message you write; your artwork file if you upload it, together with the rendering and the summary the configurator produces. A fingerprint of your IP address is kept for one hour, solely to limit automated submissions. Nothing else: the site does not measure its audience and profiles no one.
• Purpose — drawing up your quote, replying to it, then following the order if it goes ahead. No prospecting without your consent.
• Legal basis — pre-contractual steps taken at your request, Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR: without this information, the quote cannot be drawn up.
• Recipients — only the people at Spécialités T.A. who handle quotes. No transfer to third parties, no resale, no transfer outside the European Union — apart from the technical transit through Cloudflare described under Hosting; our host does not use this data.
• Retention — three years from the last exchange for a request that goes no further, then deletion — and at any time on simple request from you. If the order goes ahead, the commercial documents are kept for as long as accounting and tax obligations require, i.e. ten years. The signed print proof is the reference in the event of a dispute: it is archived in a password-protected internal space.
