Two capacities, a single print area

PRO 600 and MAX 800 share the same diameter and the same printed area: one proof covers both models.

01 — PRO

PRO 600 ml

The racing size. Light, easy to grab, fits every cage, including those on compact frames.

One proof for both models: same print template, same screens. Mixing PRO and MAX in one order costs nothing extra, and the quantities add up to reach the price tier.

Four parts

Each part is chosen separately

That is what sets a T.A. bottle apart from a generic one: body, collar, cap and valve are four separate decisions. Enough to match a brand exactly, or to create a sharp contrast.

The body — 8 classic colours and 11 translucent ones, including clear.
The collar — the coloured ring under the cap, optional, 10 colours.
The cap — 13 colours, classic and translucent.
The valve — the little push-pull valve, 14 colours: the detail people notice.

Four different colours cost the same as a single-colour bottle. Only the quantity, the number of print colours and the presence of the collar — one more part — change the quote.

The colours of all four parts and the screen-printing inks fit on a single A3 sheet. That sheet is the reference: an on-screen preview is no substitute for a Pantone swatch book.

How it works

From the idea to the bottle on the bike, in four steps

You design

Colours of the four parts, number of inks, quantity. The configurator shows the result immediately.

You return the proof

A vector file, 230 × 85 mm, colours in Pantone. We send back a print proof within 48 working hours.

We screen print

One screen per colour, printing round the circumference, curing. The colours are checked on the press.

We ship

Packed in cartons, shipped from the workshop — under 15 days after the print proof is approved.

The material

BPA-free, food-contact safe, dishwasher safe

Low-density polyethylene (LDPE, code 04), soft in the hand and recyclable, with up to 30 % recycled plastic. No bisphenol A. Food-contact safe and dishwasher safe.

Up to 30 % recycled plastic. Cap and valve come apart for cleaning.
